The heat is on...

Hong Kong has been quite overcast so it is helping with the adjustment well. I am still sweating like a mad man as soon as you step out the doors though, today it is a bit hotter but I had weights so we didn't notice from the ac'd room!!

Based in Hong Kong now until August 8th when I'll fly up to Beijing for the last week of training before the 200m heats on the 18th. June, Aimee & the kids are off to Vietnam for 9 days.

But the identity of who will have the honour will not be revealed until after the Beijing Olympics.

Tomorrow

Have a race in Brussels. Need to relax, keep my shoulders down and increase my stirde length.

And of course, the highlight of the weekend... seeing Jacky, Stacey & Vicki (who are popping over from London)
